QLS is the brand name used by the traded services of Staffordshire Education Transformation (ET). QLS has achieved Training Excellence Standard which emphasises high quality and high impact training. QLS has  a comprehensive training programme and discreet customer negotiated support tailored to individual customer needs.

Education Transformation seeks to be the champion for all learners by promoting and supporting Lifelong Learning, securing continuous improvements in standards and promoting inclusion in its widest sense. We also ensure that the core responsibilities of the County Council in relation to monitoring, challenge, support and intervention are carried out to the highest standards. Working within a broad and rich definition of achievement we support schools and settings in their continuing development as inclusive self-reviewing and self-improving institutions.
